I know what you're thinking. You're looking at that cover and you're all "Onward To Valhalla? Flames upon the bow of a Viking longship? OK, I get it. This is some forgotten Norwegian black metal album, right? 'Enewetak' is some obscure Sumerian deity, and these dudes wear corpsepaint and play keyboards. Next!"
But you're wrong, dude. Enewetak were normal-looking hardcore dudes from Orange County, CA, and they didn't play keyboards at all, and there wasn't a trace of kultness or blackness to be found in their music whatsoever. To be quite honest, they sound a whole lot like Dystopia. A WHOLE lot. They even pull the classic "Dystopia maneuver" and put a hidden track at the end of their CD. But Dystopia clone or no, Enewetak fucking shreds balls. Just trust me on this one.
